I had the opportunity to work closely with the team in a common assignment in Alabama USA, where we designed and implemented new material flow systems to provide transformational improvement in the operations. "A team who can move a mountain, rock-by-rock" is a statement which defines 365lms lead by Mike. A very result oriented practical team, who is equally comfortable presenting a strategy document to the board members but also hand on at shopfloor level.
It was a pleasure working with Mike and the team and look forward to many assignments of working together, if opportunity permits.
